Why Epson NX110 stops printing
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson NX110 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson NX110. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson NX110
Use the sequence below to establish a stable USB connection and clear the waste ink counter.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for NX110 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson NX110 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson NX110.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson NX110 is not detected
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
