Epson ME-600F Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson ME-600F may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Understanding the Epson ME-600F waste ink warning
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson ME-600F estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson ME-600F. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson ME-600F
The reset normally takes only a few minutes, but the printer must be detected correctly before the key is used.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for ME-600F and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson ME-600F to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson ME-600F.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson ME-600F is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Install the original Epson driver for ME-600F; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.

Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
Does Epson ME-600F need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
