Model-specific reset guide
Canon TS5320 Ink Absorber Full Reset
If Canon TS5320 displays an ink absorber full or service-required warning, the stored waste ink counter may have reached its limit. This guide covers service mode, USB preparation and the reset itself.
Why Canon TS5320 reports an absorber error
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS5320 tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS5320. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS5320 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

If Canon TS5320 is not detected
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
