Canon TS3365 Ink Absorber Full Reset
When Canon TS3365 reports that the ink absorber is full, turning it off and on will not normally remove the lock. The printer must be prepared correctly and its counter reset.
Before resetting Canon TS3365
Cleaning operations send unused ink into absorber pads inside the printer. Canon TS3365 estimates their usage with an electronic counter and can lock printing when that value reaches its limit.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS3365. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS3365
- Turn the printer off.
- Press and hold Stop/Reset.
- While holding Stop/Reset, press and hold Power.
- Release Stop/Reset but keep holding Power.
- Press and release Stop/Reset 5 times.
- Wait briefly, then release Power. The power indicator should remain steadily lit.

Work through the sequence without rushing. Incorrect button timing or a blinking power light means the printer is not ready for the counter reset.

Connect Canon TS3365 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
