Epson SX115 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson SX115 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Before resetting Epson SX115
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson SX115 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson SX115. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson SX115
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for SX115 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson SX115 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson SX115.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson SX115 is not detected
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Install the original Epson driver for SX115; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
