Epson ET-2751 records cleaning cycles and waste ink usage in an internal counter. When that value reaches its programmed limit, printing can stop until the counter is reset.
What the Epson ET-2751 service message means
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson ET-2751 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson ET-2751. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson ET-2751
Complete these steps in order. A direct USB connection and the original Epson driver are essential for reliable communication.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for ET-2751 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson ET-2751 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson ET-2751.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson ET-2751 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Install the original Epson driver for ET-2751; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.

Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
Does Epson ET-2751 need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
