What the Epson L3273 service message means
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson L3273 estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L3273. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Complete these steps in order. A direct USB connection and the original Epson driver are essential for reliable communication.

Install the official Epson driver for L3273 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect Epson L3273 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L3273.

Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
