Epson L3105 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Why Epson L3105 stops printing
The printer protects against possible ink overflow by monitoring an internal service counter. On Epson L3105, reaching the threshold can trigger an ink pad warning and block further jobs.

Reset the counter in Epson L3105
Prepare the computer and connection first. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a missing original driver, an indirect USB connection or another Epson utility using the printer.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for L3105 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L3105 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L3105.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L3105 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
