Canon TS3360 Ink Absorber Full Reset
The waste ink system in Canon TS3360 collects ink used during cleaning cycles. Once the estimated limit is reached, service mode and a compatible counter reset may be required.
What the Canon TS3360 service message means
Cleaning operations send unused ink into absorber pads inside the printer. Canon TS3360 estimates their usage with an electronic counter and can lock printing when that value reaches its limit.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS3360. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS3360
- Turn the printer off.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS3360 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS3360 is not detected
- Connect Canon TS3360 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
