Reset the counter in Epson WF-2651
Prepare the computer and connection first. Most unsuccessful attempts are caused by a missing original driver, an indirect USB connection or another Epson utility using the printer.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for WF-2651 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect Epson WF-2651 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson WF-2651.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
