Epson NX530 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson NX530 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
Why the ink pad counter blocks Epson NX530
Epson NX530 uses stored counter data to estimate absorber usage. The estimate may reach its limit before the pads appear completely saturated, but physical maintenance should still be considered.

Reset the counter in Epson NX530

Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson NX530.

If Epson NX530 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for NX530; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
