Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson WF-3620.

Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson WF-3620 is not detected
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Install the original Epson driver for WF-3620; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
