Model-specific reset guide
Epson TX710W Reset Waste Ink Counter
If your Epson TX710W has stopped with an ink pad or service-life warning, the printer may have reached its waste ink counter limit. This model-specific guide explains what the message means and how to complete the reset with Wic Reset Connect.
Before resetting Epson TX710W
During head cleaning and normal maintenance, unused ink is directed into internal absorber pads. Epson TX710W estimates that accumulation with a software counter; it does not directly measure the physical amount of ink in the pads.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson TX710W. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
What if the first reset attempt fails?
Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
