Epson L375 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson L375 records cleaning cycles and waste ink usage in an internal counter. When that value reaches its programmed limit, printing can stop until the counter is reset.
Before resetting Epson L375
An ink pad message is a maintenance safeguard. It indicates that Epson L375 has reached a stored waste ink value that must be reset before normal printing can resume.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L375. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
Reset the counter in Epson L375
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for L375 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L375 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson L375.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L375 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for L375; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep the internet connection active throughout validation.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.

Can I reset Epson L375 over Wi-Fi?
No. Wic Reset Connect requires a direct USB connection to the Windows computer.
Does the reset clean or replace the ink pads?
No. It changes the stored counter value. Inspect, clean or replace the physical waste ink system when its condition requires it.
Does Epson L375 need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
