Understanding the Canon MB2350 ink absorber warning
An absorber message concerns both software and maintenance. The counter can be reset, while heavily saturated pads may still need cleaning or replacement.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon MB2350. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon MB2350
- Turn the printer off.

Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- If Windows does not detect a service-mode device, restart the printer normally, wait 10 seconds and repeat the preparation.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect Canon MB2350 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
