Canon TS7450 Ink Absorber Full Reset
When Canon TS7450 reports that the ink absorber is full, turning it off and on will not normally remove the lock. The printer must be prepared correctly and its counter reset.
Understanding the Canon TS7450 ink absorber warning
Cleaning operations send unused ink into absorber pads inside the printer. Canon TS7450 estimates their usage with an electronic counter and can lock printing when that value reaches its limit.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS7450. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS7450
- Turn the printer off.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.

- Connect Canon TS7450 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
