Canon TS8350a may block print jobs after recording enough cleaning and maintenance cycles. Use the sequence below to enter service mode and reset the stored value.
Before resetting Canon TS8350a
The absorber pads collect ink generated during print-head cleaning. Canon TS8350a tracks those maintenance cycles in memory rather than measuring the pads directly.

How to enter service mode on Canon TS8350a
- Turn the printer off.

- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
- Connect Canon TS8350a directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
