Canon TS3351 Ink Absorber Full Reset
Canon TS3351 can stop printing when its internal ink absorber counter reaches a programmed threshold. Follow the model-specific preparation below before using Wic Reset Connect.
Before resetting Canon TS3351
Waste ink is routed away from the print head and retained inside the printer. The firmware in Canon TS3351 calculates usage and may stop new jobs to reduce overflow risk.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Canon TS3351. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.
How to enter service mode on Canon TS3351
- Turn the printer off.

Reset the counter in Canon TS3351
Service mode must be entered correctly before Wic Reset Connect can communicate with the maintenance interface. Resolve other printer errors first.

Prepare the printer
Resolve other errors, confirm a steady power light and enter service mode using the sequence above.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS3351 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS3351 is not detected
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Connect Canon TS3351 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- Close Canon maintenance utilities and clear paused print jobs before opening Wic Reset Connect.
Canon TS3351 reset FAQ
Does the reset clean the ink absorber?
No. It resets the stored counter. Inspect, clean or replace the absorber pads when their physical condition requires maintenance.
Does Canon TS3351 require service mode?
Yes. The printer must expose its maintenance interface before the counter can be reset with Wic Reset Connect.

Restore Canon TS3351
Prepare Canon TS3351, enter service mode and complete the reset with a valid Wic Reset Connect key.
