Why Epson WF-7015 stops printing
The printer protects against possible ink overflow by monitoring an internal service counter. On Epson WF-7015, reaching the threshold can trigger an ink pad warning and block further jobs.

Reset the counter in Epson WF-7015
Correct preparation protects the reset key from being used during a failed communication attempt. Verify each requirement before selecting Reset.

Install the original driver
Install the official Epson driver for WF-7015 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson WF-7015 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson WF-7015.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson WF-7015 is not detected
- Install the original Epson driver for WF-7015; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.

Does Epson WF-7015 need service mode?
No. Epson printers do not use the Canon service-mode sequence. Connect the printer normally by USB.
How long does the reset take?
The reset itself usually finishes in about 1–2 minutes after the printer has been detected correctly.

Correct the driver or USB communication problem first. If the key was consumed, use the new-key generator or contact support.
