Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson TX111.

Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
- Install the original Epson driver for TX111; a generic Windows driver may not expose the required communication interface.
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
