Epson L655 Reset Waste Ink Counter
Epson L655 may refuse new print jobs after estimating that the waste ink pads have reached their service limit. Wic Reset Connect can reset the software counter after the printer is prepared correctly.
The counter behind the Epson L655 warning
Waste ink produced by cleaning cycles is collected inside the printer. Epson L655 tracks those cycles electronically and can stop printing when the calculated limit is reached.
Wic Reset Connect is designed to reset the compatible counter in Epson L655. The physical waste ink system should still be inspected and maintained when necessary.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Epson L655 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.
If Epson L655 is not detected
- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
- Close Epson Status Monitor and any other Epson maintenance software before starting Wic Reset Connect.
- Try another USB port and a known data-capable USB cable if the printer is not detected.
- Clear paused print jobs and restart both the printer and Windows if another program is holding the USB connection.
