Install the official Epson driver for ET-M1100 and confirm that Windows can see the printer.

Connect Epson ET-M1100 to the computer without Wi-Fi, a hub or an adapter.

Close Epson Status Monitor, run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and select Epson ET-M1100.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, choose Reset and keep the printer connected until completion.

- Connect the printer directly to the computer. Do not use Wi-Fi, a USB hub, docking station or print server.
