Canon TS3350 Ink Absorber Full Reset
When Canon TS3350 reports that the ink absorber is full, turning it off and on will not normally remove the lock. The printer must be prepared correctly and its counter reset.
What the Canon TS3350 service message means
An absorber message concerns both software and maintenance. The counter can be reset, while heavily saturated pads may still need cleaning or replacement.

How to enter service mode on Canon TS3350
- Turn the printer off.

Reset the counter in Canon TS3350
First make sure the power indicator is steady and no cartridge or mechanical error is active. Then prepare the Windows computer and direct USB connection.

Prepare the printer
Resolve other errors, confirm a steady power light and enter service mode using the sequence above.

Connect directly by USB
Connect Canon TS3350 to a Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11 computer without Wi-Fi or a USB hub.

Start Wic Reset Connect
Run the program as Administrator and wait until the Canon service-mode device is detected.

Enter the key and reset
Enter the purchased key, select Reset and keep the printer connected until confirmation appears.
If Canon TS3350 is not detected
- Repeat the button sequence at a steady pace; releasing Power too early is a common reason service mode fails.
- Run Wic Reset Connect as Administrator and keep internet access active for key validation.
- Connect Canon TS3350 directly to the computer and try another data-capable USB cable or port.
- If the power light blinks, resolve the displayed cartridge, paper or mechanical error before trying service mode again.
